一般來說(shuo),缸(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)筒(tong)(tong)和(he)(he)缸(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)蓋的(de)結構(gou)形式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)和(he)(he)其使(shi)(shi)用(yong)的(de)材料有(you)關。工作(zuo)壓力p<10MPa時,使(shi)(shi)用(yong)鑄鐵;p<20MPa時,使(shi)(shi)用(yong)無(wu)(wu)縫(feng)鋼(gang)管;p>20MPa時,使(shi)(shi)用(yong)鑄鋼(gang)或鍛(duan)鋼(gang)。法蘭(lan)連接(jie)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),結構(gou)簡單,容(rong)易(yi)加(jia)工,也容(rong)易(yi)裝(zhuang)拆,但(dan)(dan)外(wai)(wai)形尺(chi)寸和(he)(he)重(zhong)量都較(jiao)(jiao)大(da),常用(yong)于鑄鐵制(zhi)的(de)缸(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)筒(tong)(tong)上。半環(huan)連接(jie)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),它(ta)的(de)缸(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)筒(tong)(tong)壁部因開了環(huan)形槽(cao)而削弱了強度,為此(ci)有(you)時要加(jia)厚缸(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)壁,它(ta)容(rong)易(yi)加(jia)工和(he)(he)裝(zhuang)拆,重(zhong)量較(jiao)(jiao)輕,常用(yong)于無(wu)(wu)縫(feng)鋼(gang)管或鍛(duan)鋼(gang)制(zhi)的(de)缸(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)筒(tong)(tong)上。螺紋連接(jie)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),它(ta)的(de)缸(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)筒(tong)(tong)端部結構(gou)復雜,外(wai)(wai)徑(jing)(jing)加(jia)工時要求保證內(nei)(nei)外(wai)(wai)徑(jing)(jing)同心,裝(zhuang)拆要使(shi)(shi)用(yong)工具,它(ta)的(de)外(wai)(wai)形尺(chi)寸和(he)(he)重(zhong)量都較(jiao)(jiao)小,常用(yong)于無(wu)(wu)縫(feng)鋼(gang)管或鑄鋼(gang)制(zhi)的(de)缸(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)筒(tong)(tong)上。拉桿連接(jie)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),結構(gou)的(de)通(tong)用(yong)性大(da),容(rong)易(yi)加(jia)工和(he)(he)裝(zhuang)拆,但(dan)(dan)外(wai)(wai)形尺(chi)寸較(jiao)(jiao)大(da),且(qie)較(jiao)(jiao)重(zhong)。焊接(jie)連接(jie)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),結構(gou)簡單,尺(chi)寸小,但(dan)(dan)缸(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)底處(chu)內(nei)(nei)徑(jing)(jing)不易(yi)加(jia)工,且(qie)可能引起變形。
現象(一):唇口破(po)損
原因:
1.背壓損傷
防止措施:
1.在活塞頭靠(kao)經唇口側加開泄(xie)壓孔或者(zhe)改用組合(he)類雙作用密封
現象(二):焦燒
原因:
1.系統(tong)內(nei)有殘(can)留空氣在運行時,空氣在密封處聚(ju)集壓縮升溫產生密封焦燒(shao)碳化
防止措施:
1.在油缸起(qi)動(dong)之(zhi)前,盡量排盡油缸內空氣
2.油缸起動時(shi),不要立即開到高速
3.當用(yong)U形(xing)圈時在其谷部加入潤(run)滑脂,以(yi)防空氣積(ji)累
現象(三):硬化、龜裂

原因:
1.溫度太高
2.介質(zhi)與橡膠材料不相適應
3.介質變質
4.密封受潮或者在(zai)空氣(qi)中暴(bao)露時(shi)間過長超(chao)過庫存期(qi)限導致材料老化
防止措施:
1.降低溫度(du),或者更換耐高溫密封(feng)件材料
2.更(geng)改介質或更(geng)改耐介質的(de)密封件材料
3.換新介質
4.不(bu)要(yao)將密封(feng)件長時間暴露在(zai)大氣中(zhong),嚴(yan)格按(an)照密封(feng)庫存要(yao)求(qiu)對密封(feng)進行保存
